We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to step into the role of a Senior Account Manager with proficiency in Mandarin. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships acting as a trusted advisor
- Plan execute and optimize campaigns with strategic recommendations
- Manage internal coordination troubleshooting and campaign delivery
- Educate clients on product features and provide necessary training
- Develop tailored media strategies with datadriven insights and KPI definitions
- Track and analyze performance data maintaining accurate reports and processes
- Identify upsell opportunities pitch solutions and track results
- Lead client and internal meetings offering optimization recommendations
- Drive process improvements for efficiency and performance enhancement
- Align strategies with business objectives while managing tasks proactively
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth integrations
- Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones
Requirements
- Native or fluent Mandarin (C1 and English (B2 proficiency
- 3 years of experience in advertising digital marketing or campaign management
- At least 1 year of experience managing midmarket or performance accounts
- Proven expertise in digital partnerships campaign and optimization
- Strong technical proficiency particularly in troubleshooting and campaign management
- Deep understanding of advertising platforms mobile measurement platforms (MMP) and marketing automation initiatives (MAI)
- Excellent communication presentation and relationshipbuilding skills
- Selfmotivated proactive and capable of leading projects independently
- Experience in crossfunctional collaboration and escalation processes
- Ability to work across time zones and support global teams
