Job Description
A wellregarded girls independent school in Harrow requires an enthusiastic MFL (French) Teacher to cover a shortterm absence. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Your Duties:
- Deliver engaging and effective French lessons to girls across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Mark and assess student work providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Collaborate with the MFL department to ensure continuity of learning.
- Organise and lead Frenchrelated extracurricular activities and clubs.
Who They Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching French.
- Experience teaching French at the secondary level ideally in a singlesex environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate girls in a singlesex environment.
- Knowledge of current curriculum standards.
