Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support through multiple communication channels
- Assist with car rental bookings modifications and cancellations
- Provide information on pricing insurance and rental policies
- Support customers with vehicle pickup dropoff and paymentrelated issues
- Offer guidance on rental terms locations and available options
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions
- Stay informed about company policies promotions and industry updates
- Participate in continuous training to enhance skills and grow your career
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
