Location: Belgrade Serbia
Employment Type: Fulltime 12hour shifts)
Compensation: Base salary performancebased bonuses
Position Summary
Our company is in search of a diligent and vigilant Security Agent to join our dedicated team in Belgrade. As a Security Agent your chief responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of our premises personnel and visitors. You will utilise your keen observational skills and proactive approach to prevent security breaches and maintain a secure environment. Security Agent Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned areas verify access and enforce safety protocols at entry points
- Operate and manage surveillance systems to detect and prevent security risks
- Respond swiftly to security incidents and emergencies ensuring effective evacuations if needed
- Supervise the operation of security technologies (CCTV alarms access control) and report technical issues
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain compliance with company security policies
- Implement proactive measures to ensure a secure environment
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to enhance safety practices
- Participate in ongoing training and stay up to date with industry security standards
- Adhere to data protection regulations and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Qualifications and Skills for Security Agents
- Fluent in English (C1 and Serbian both written and spoken
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a securityrelated role
- Valid security certification or license required
- Willingness to work 12hour shifts
- Experience operating CCTV alarms and access control systems
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and incident response
- High attention to detail and ability to identify potential threats
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Composure under pressure with the ability to respond quickly in emergencies
- Strong team collaboration skills
