Job Description
Role: Accountant
Position: Junior Accountant
Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience:23 Years
Sperton Christos Group is seeking for their client a detailoriented and skilled Accountant to join a dynamic team where your expertise in financial reporting ledger management payroll processing and tax compliance will play a crucial role in the organizations success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Management: Accurately prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records including sales purchases expenses and banking transactions using Tally ERP 9.
- Reconciliation: Perform detailed bank account reconciliations customer/vendor ledger reconciliations identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.
- Payroll Processing: Manage and process payroll for employees ensuring timely accurate payments in compliance with company policies.
- Tax Compliance & Filing: Assist in preparing tax filings GST returns and audits ensuring that financial records meet all regulatory requirements.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Generate financial reports for management offering valuable insights to guide strategic decisions and enhance financial operations.
- Collaboration: Work with both internal teams and external consultants to streamline financial processes and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify financial discrepancies and address them immediately to maintain the integrity of financial data.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Accounting Software: Solid experience with Tally ERP 9 Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong Financial Expertise: Indepth knowledge of accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger management and payroll processing.
- Tax & Compliance Knowledge: A strong understanding of GST tax filing processes and support with audit procedures.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records.
- Clear Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex financial data both verbally and in writing with various stakeholders.
- TeamOriented & Independent Work: A strong ability to collaborate effectively within teams while also excelling in independent work.

Education & Certification:
