Job Description
Technical Development of Assembly and Interconnect Technology (AIT).
FE simulation and reliability analysis of new and improved technologies processes and concepts regarding electrical/mechanical components and interconnects.
Simulation support for local and global product development projects and local plant.
Method development to further extend simulation capabilities or increase efficiency
Support data analytics data mining and machine learning
Qualifications :
M.Sc. in Computational Engineering Material Science Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Physics or comparable studies
Experience in the field of FE Simulation (e.g. ANSYS)
Basic knowledge in area of data analytics data mining machine learning
Enthusiasm for innovative technical questions and academic work.
Structured way of working and quality mindset.
