In collaboration with your colleagues from across PA you will not only be part of delivering some of our most exciting projects across our portfolio you will also get a chance to do handson work designing and implementing new ways of working alongside our clients.

Qualifications :

You must have: 

• Between 4 and 10 years of recent management consulting experience or experience in similar internal consulting roles  
• A proven track record of implementing organisational agility.
• A desire to develop PAs internal Agile capability and grow the people around you alongside delivering highquality work with our clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with toplevel stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent writing skills as well as presentation skills.

We are looking for a variety of profiles and we are especially interested if you have:

• Experience leading multiple agile teams and/or coaching teams to adopt agile ways of working.
• An understanding of scaling frameworks such as SAFe its application to programmes and portfolios.
• Experience in product management for example as product owner responsible for managing a product endtoend and/or experience with supporting an organisation move from a project to a productfocused approach introducing design thinking practices into teamsetc. 
• Experience in operating model design e.g. mapping value streams and designing agile teams and/or teams of teams.
• An understanding of lean portfolio managementincl. handson experience implementing different portfolio management practices like prioritisation capacity management OKRs etc. 
• Experience deploying business change techniques resulting in sustainable changes to behaviours and mindsets across organisational levels.
