Were looking for a Business Development Associate to drive revenue growth by identifying qualifying and converting leads into customers. You ll be responsible for cold outreach discovery calls and appointment setting as well as supporting the sales team with proposals and market research. Strong CRM management and direct email marketing skills are a plus!
Sales & Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calls emails and social selling.
Conduct discovery calls to assess customer needs and determine if our solution is a good fit.
Optimizes lead generation and conversion of DEVTAC Set up appointments and pass them to the sales team for further engagement.
Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
Develop a strong knowledge of the company s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in creating proposals presentations and other salesrelated efforts.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Pipeline & CRM Management:
Maintain and update CRM records ensuring accurate tracking of prospects and opportunities.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
Collaborate with marketing and account executives to optimize lead conversion strategies.
Requirements

Business Administration graduate or any relevant field End-to-end Project Management responsibilities including development and management of project plans, issue management, change control management, resource and budget management, knowledge transfer, publishing recurring status reports, overseeing the creation and sign-off deliverables Overall management of specific client engagements, including the day-to-day management of all resources assigned to the project and the management of the client relationship at the project level Oversee the assessment, discovery, design, configuration, training and deployment of service engagements for our clients. Define and manage overall project goals and success criteria, and work with customers on the definition and of overall project plan Effectively communicate plans, progress and status/updates to both internal staff and customers. Review and approve project team s time and expense reports Periodically report to management team on targets, status of projects, resource requirements Coordinate with operations team on administrative requirements (eg invoicing, procurement, etc) Provide leadership and mentoring to project team members and conduct performance reviews as applicable Requirements Requirements Must possess project management skills Must be an expert at developing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with clients; Excellent communication skills and ability to understand clients needs.
