RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Personalizing customer videos based on the customers vehicle of interest
- Sharing customer videos technology videos and dealership information videos via Facebook YouTube and Instagram
- Elevate the guest experience with exceptional customer service skills
- Acquire vast product knowledge to demonstrate vehicles in an exciting and informative nature
- Accompany customers ontest drives
- Provide informative tours of our Service Department
- Bring your A game & positive attitude with you every day
