Job Description

Our client is a topnotch financial services company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

  • Prepare and deliver daily weekly monthly and adhoc reports on collection performance and debt recovery metrics.

  • Analyze and assess the efficiency of debt recovery strategies portfolio quality and collection trends.

  • Categorize and manage customer profiles loan details and debtrelated information.

  • Develop automated reporting solutions to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy.

  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness and service excellence.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Economics Finance Banking or Business Administration.

  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a logical and innovative mindset.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and database management.

  • Skilled in Excel SQL VBA and Power BI.

  • Effective communication skills in Vietnamese; English proficiency is a plus.

  • Proactive honest detailoriented and able to handle highpressure work environments.
