Our client is a topnotch financial services company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Prepare and deliver daily weekly monthly and adhoc reports on collection performance and debt recovery metrics.
Analyze and assess the efficiency of debt recovery strategies portfolio quality and collection trends.
Categorize and manage customer profiles loan details and debtrelated information.
Develop automated reporting solutions to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness and service excellence.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Economics Finance Banking or Business Administration.
At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a logical and innovative mindset.
Proficiency in data analysis and database management.
Skilled in Excel SQL VBA and Power BI.
Effective communication skills in Vietnamese; English proficiency is a plus.
Proactive honest detailoriented and able to handle highpressure work environments.
