Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a software developer you will be working together with other developers and crossfunctional teams to understand system requirements and deliver solutions to HDD manufacturing software applications
- Assist in the development testing and maintenance of HDD manufacturing software applications using C#
- Write and optimize SQL queries to manage and manipulate data in MS SQL databases
- Collaborate with senior developers and crossfunctional teams to understand system requirements and deliver solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of coding standards
- Document software functionality and technical processes
- Software deployment and evaluate users feedback
- Comply with project plans and industry standards
- Work in team with minimum supervision on tight project deadline
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or experienced no more than 1 year
- Basic knowledge of C#.NET vb and LINQ
- Familiarity with MS SQL and ability to write basic SQL queries
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
- Understanding of development to support abstract factory patterns with Object Oriented approach
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
PREFFERED:
- Experience as an Intern Software Developer or experience in manufacturingrelated environment would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of other programming languages or frameworks
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
SKILLS:
- Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (written / verbal)
- Strong listening communication interpersonal and relational skills to develop a good relationship within the organization
- Selfmotivated with the ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment
