Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support a highimpact strategic technology initiative. This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking data understanding and documentation skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing datarelated processes capturing technical and business requirements and producing clear documentation to support modernization efforts. The role also involves collaboration with internal technical teams to understand data structures and ensure alignment with project goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for data solutions software and infrastructure.
- Identify and define integration points between systems and applications.
- Create project artifacts and provide recommendations to support decisions on platform modernization and data migration strategies.
- Gather analyze and document detailed data transformation requirements.
- Maintain accurate technical process and datarelated documentation to support ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data architecture principles.
- Bachelors degree in data science software engineering information systems or a related field with 7 10 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and documentation.
- Exceptional communication and technical writing skills.
- Ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into data and technical requirements.
- Experience working with diverse databases and data tools.
- Strong financial and data analysis skills; experience in the financial or mortgage domain is a plus.
