TheSystems Engineer IIIwill be responsible for analyzing designing implementing and maintaining complex system architectures and cloud infrastructure solutions. This role involves troubleshooting performance optimization and ensuring system reliability across networked cloud and onpremises environments. TheSystems Engineer IIIwill work on projects of moderate to high complexity interacting with crossfunctional teams to define system requirements and modifications.

What Youll Do

• Design implement and maintain system infrastructure solutions ensuring performance scalability and security.
• Develop and support system configurations automation scripts and deployment processes.
• Analyze and resolve complex system and infrastructure issues following department guidelines and best practices.
• ProvideLevel IIIsupport for production systems including root cause analysis and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with software engineering and IT teams to optimize application performance and deployment strategies.
• Manage and maintain cloudbased and infrastructure solutions including Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Design and implement monitoring logging and alerting solutions to ensure high availability and system health.
• Develop and maintain system and security documentation ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Research and implement new technologies to improve system performance automation and security.
• Authors documentationincludingspecifications standards procedures and policiesto support RHIs Enterprise Infrastructure
• Contributes toprocess improvement efforts providing constructive feedback onmedium to complex issues suggesting alternatives and drivingcontinuous improvement.
• Developsautomation scripts deployment pipelines and monitoring solutionsto improve system performance and reliability.

What Youll Need

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6 yearsof professional experience in system engineering infrastructure design and support in a large corporate setting.
• Strong experience withcloud platformssuch as Microsoft Azure AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding ofnetworking concepts(DNS DHCP TCP/IP firewalls VPNs load balancers).
• Experience working withIaaS and PaaS in cloud.
• Working knowledge ofInfrastructure as Code (IaC)tools such as Terraform or ARM/Bicep templates.
• Experience withCI/CD tools(Azure DevOps Jenkins GitHub Actions).
• Understanding ofdatabase administration(SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge ofsystem security principles including identity and access management (IAM) encryption and compliance frameworks (ISO NIST SOC 2.
• Experience withmonitoring and logging tools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex infrastructure and system issues.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and translate technical requirements into business solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g.Microsoft Azure Administrator AWS Certified SysOps Administrator).
• Experience withhybrid cloud environmentsand cloud migrations.
• Understanding ofDevSecOpsprinciples and best practices.
• Experience with automation tools.
• Familiarity withmachine learning and AIdriven infrastructure optimizationsis a plus.
• Knowledge of SOC 2 and ISO/IEC 27001.

The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
