At Luminaiwe develop technology to automate longform organization wide workflows of any complexity easily and safely using AI. Luminai serves some of the worlds most critical organizations in sectors like Healthcare Finance and Telecommunication to delegate missioncritical workflows that previously required handson human involvement over to autonomous AI systems. Our approach combines frontier AI development with a purpose built workflow engine to achieve this goal.
Weve raised significant amounts of capital (including some unannounced) from many of the best Silicon Valley VCs: General Catalyst YCombinator and investors including Kevin Weil (Chief Product Officer at OpenAI) Arash Ferdowsi (cofounder of Dropbox) Katie Stanton (former VP Global Media Twitter) and CEOs of companies including Flexport Notion Front Ramp and Twitch.
Were seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our efforts to drive growth brand awareness and engagement with enterprise healthcare stakeholders. Your mission will be to continue amplifying Luminais presence leveraging the strong customer traction weve built to drive business expansion generate highquality leads and pipeline contribute to our broader business objective and showcase the undeniable value of our AIpowered automation solutions to both new and existing customers. This is a player/coach role at least to start.
What youll do:
Develop strategic vision for marketing alongside leadership to enable company goals.
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness customer acquisition and engagement across our target audiences.
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure that marketing strategies are tightly aligned with their goals establishing and measuring your teams efforts against pipelinerelated KPIs.
Manage the development of marketing materials by collaborating with external contractors including video agencies freelance writers designers and other creative partners.
Lead brand positioning messaging communications and storytelling to articulate Luminais unique value proposition clearly and compellingly.
Oversee digital product events and content marketing initiatives creating consistent and cohesive experiences across channels.
Who were looking for:
Minimum 7 years of marketing experience with a focus on growth marketing brand building and leading successful gotomarket strategies for SaaS products in a scaleup environment.
Minimum 3 years in a fulltime marketing leadership role ideally within US healthcare.
Strong track record as an inspiring and effective leader coach and team builder.
Demonstrated success in driving business growth through strategic marketing efforts achieving lead generation targets and creating measurable outcomes.
Datadriven mindset with proficiency in analyzing marketing performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility both internally and externally.
A great collaborator who works seamlessly across teams including Sales Product and external partners to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
Selfstarter with a strong sense of initiative able to thrive in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment.
