Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team in a LongTerm Care (LTC) setting. As a PT you will play a critical role in helping patients recover from injuries manage chronic conditions and improve their physical wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients based on care plans
- Evaluate and assess patients conditions to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Shift: Day 1st or 2nd shift
Weekend as needed
8 hour 40 hours per week
Pay: $120640 $141440 Yearly
Requirements
Qualifications
- Current CA Physical Therapist license required.
- Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT).
- Experience in physical therapy particularly in areas such as inpatient geriatrics acute care
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Knowledge of anatomy physiology and physical therapy techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
This position may require floating to other local facilities.
