Job Description
AECOM Hunt has an opportunity for an experienced Superintendent for our exciting new project in Reno NV.
- Provide overall onsite administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects.
- Responsible for the organization and direction of construction and related activities within assigned area of responsibility which may be a single area multiarea or a multidiscipline construction project.
- May be the primary client contact for all jobsite day to day activities or may coordinate with clients resident representatives on jobsite activities within assigned area of operations.
- Responsibilities are to ensure assigned jobsite operations are in compliance with design/specifications completion on schedule within budget and to quality standards.
- Interfaces with all other administrative field staff field management staff and particularly the Project Manager in a coordinated effort.

Qualifications :
Minimum Requirement:
- BA/BS Engineering/Construction Management or similar curriculum and 6 years of construction experience or AA/AS and 8 years of relevant experience or HS/GED and 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Requirements:
- 610 years of Construction Superintendent experience.
- Experience from a large general contractor.
- Experience in:
- Sports/Stadium construction projects
- Hospitality/Hotel construction projects
- Casino/Entertainment construction projects
- Experience in the selection and management of subcontracted labor.
- Microsoft office proficiency (Word Excel Outlook Teams).
- Experience on large commercial construction projects.
