Job Description
Are you a creative and detailoriented UI/UX Designer passionate about crafting userfriendly visually stunning digital experiences We are looking for a talented individual to join our team and play a key role in shaping the design of our products. You will work closely with product managers developers and stakeholders to ensure our applications are intuitive engaging and aligned with user needs.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research to understand target audiences user behaviors and pain points.
Develop wireframes prototypes and highfidelity UI designs that enhance user experience.
Design user interfaces that are visually appealing accessible and easy to navigate.
Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback to improve design effectiveness.
Ensure consistency across all digital products by following brand guidelines and design systems.
Optimize designs for various devices and screen sizes to ensure a seamless user experience.
Stay uptodate with the latest UI/UX trends tools and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
Strong understanding of UX principles information architecture and usercentered design.
Experience with HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present design ideas effectively.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
