Job Description
Objective To coordinate a seamless safe and efficient home care service that communicates a legacy of care and offers impeccable patient experience.
Duties & Responsibilities: Note that this is a guideline not a comprehensive list of duties.
- Provide information regarding medical care follow up and interventions.
- Provide support to medical staff for seamless homecare delivery.
- Perform administrative and official duties.
- Coordinate safe efficient and timely delivery of homebased medical care and hospital consults where relevant.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and legal requirements
- Verify insurance information of patients and confirm payments are done.
- Maintain a healthy and cooperative environment with both patients staff and relatives.
- Make reports and database of patients inventory and other relevant information
Qualifications & Requirements
- KRCHN
- BScN added advantage
- Held leadership roles for at least 3 years
- Work experience of 7 years in an acute care hospital
Essential Skills and Proficiencies
- Knowledge of various clinical techniques diseases medical terminologies and other medical functions
- Experience in handling medical and administrative duties with minimal supervision.
- Ability to understand and respond to urgent and emergent issues.
- Ability to perform duties with optimum utilization of resources.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to counsel patients and relatives of all ages
- Knowledge of latest trends in healthcare
- Well organized detailoriented and confident personality
- Strong Interpersonal and time management skills
- Competency in MS Office
- They should be a person with very high standard of integrity.
