Job Description
Position: Content Moderator (German)
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work model: Onsite
Employment type: Contract
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and monitor usersubmitted content to ensure adherence to platform standards.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while conducting assessments.
- Identify and report potential risks or policy violations in a timely manner.
- Offer feedback and suggestions to improve content guidelines and processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in German (C2 both oral and written.
- Good command of English (at least B2 for internal communication.
- Ability to work in a flexible shift environment including nights and weekends.
- Strong analytical abilities and excellent attention to detail.

- sign on bonus 3940 paid in months 2369x in 985 instalments language bonus 400x12 this is paid quarterly meal allowance performance bonus of up to 100/month
