Qualifications:
- Minimum Degree/ Diploma in Purchasing Management or Basic Degree in
any field. - Minimum of 5 years experience in purchasing activities in a
manufacturing environment.
Job Descriptions:
- Assist and support the Assistant Procurement Manager or Procurement
Manager in sourcing suppliers and contractors negotiating optimal costs to
maximize company margins. - Monitor internal sales and production to proactively plan purchases including
raw materials equipment machinery and maintenance parts. - Collaborate with multiple vendors assessing and selecting the best options
based on factors such as price quality delivery speed and other relevant
criteria. - Analyze pricing trends and market demands to determine the best timing and
costeffective purchasing decisions. - Work closely with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely purchase
order conversion for transporters and shipping agents. - Ensure all suppliers and service providers meet the companys product
specifications quality and reliability standards. - Conduct annual supplier performance evaluations.
- Address and resolve any supplierrelated issues concerning logistics product
specifications and quality. - Coordinate with the Finance Department to forecast purchasing cash flow
requirements. - To compile monthly purchasing report and shipment report for management.
- Participate in ISO 9001 audits.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
