Job Description
Landscape Construction Estimator
Salary Range: $40000 to $75000 dependent on experience
Hours: Minimum of 40 hours a week with opportunity for overtime
Location: Office work with remote opportunities
Purpose and Description:
Guide customers through the estimating process ensuring an accurate efficient and positive experience.
Collaborate with customers vendors and internal teams to prepare timely and competitive estimates negotiate pricing and finalize contract proposals.
Stay updated on products building techniques and subcontractor pricing to offer costeffective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage bid processes create accurate estimates and prepare proposals.
Coordinate with vendors subcontractors and production teams on pricing and material availability.
Ensure timely and accurate bid submissions meeting profit margin goals.
Present contracts and valueengineering options to clients.
Maintain accurate project records and customer data.
Continuously seek process improvements and new product opportunities.
Qualifications
Experience in landscape design construction masonry or hardscaping preferred.
Strong communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with landscape construction tools a plus.
Minimum Qualifications & Educational Requirements
Three years experience estimating or related area
Work Conditions
Must maintain regular and reliable attendance at a level acceptable to the company including the ability to work overtime as necessary. Position may require extended work hours and flexibility in scheduling.
Work to be performed at office and on job sites (pre during and post construction conditions)
Occasional use of specialized tools
Comprehensive training provided for entrylevel candidates.

- Computers and peripherals
- Multiline telephone system
- All office equipment copy machine various software programs including Microsoft Suite elevation equipment such as Transit or Levelor soil probes pressure gauges and more.
