PROGRAM DIRECTOR INPATIENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
The Program Director under the direct supervision of the CEO will oversee the daily operation of evidencebased practice/best practice programming by providing clinical supervision of program dynamics within the acute therapeutic milieu for patients. Additional responsibilities will include:
The Program Director under the direct supervision of the CEO will oversee the daily operation of evidencebased practice/best practice programming by providing clinical supervision of program dynamics within the acute therapeutic milieu for patients. Additional responsibilities will include:
- Supporting program development and organizational objectives while ensuring that patient goals for recovery stabilization and community reintegration are supported by appropriate services.
- Supervising and assisting in hiring training and evaluation of Mental Health Technicians.
- Promoting facility values and philosophies in all aspects of treatment practice in accordance with hospital policies and procedures local state and federal laws and regulation and licensure accreditation standards.
- Preferred education is a graduate degree from an accredited school of psychology social work professional counseling education or medicine with licensure preferred.
- Five years fulltime experience in inpatient psychiatric setting or equivalent preferred
- License in Massachusetts as a counselor or social worker preferred.
- Oneyear supervisory experience preferred.
