We are seeking an extraordinarily talented Senior Program Manager to help us achieve that goal.
Description
Program Managers in Maps deliver the right feature at the right time. Its a handson crossfunctional highlyengaged job. A good PM is the beating heart of their team.As a Senior Program Manager on our team you will be responsible for a broad portfolio of work. You will build great customer experiences while working with remarkably hardworking and talented people across Apple. More specifically you will:* Deliver impactful features: Drive the development and launch of customerfocused features that improve exploration discovery and engagement in Apple Maps.* Manage the product lifecycle: Own every phase of the software development process from gathering requirements and scoping work to planning and shipping on time with high quality.* Collaborate crossfunctionally: Partner with engineering product and design data science and other teams across Maps and Apple to harness collective expertise and deliver exceptional user experiences.* Execute with focus and precision: Drive projects to completion with a clear approach. Focus teams on welldefined priorities anticipate delivery challenges and use problemsolving to deliver results.* Communicate effectively: Provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders at all levels from individual contributors to executives ensuring alignment and transparency.* Lead with strategy and vision: Help craft roadmaps by identifying user needs defining priorities and making datadriven tradeoffs to ensure project success.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8 years of Program Management experience with consumer or developerfacing products.
- Handson experience building and delivering client software along with web and internet services.
- Experience working in a dynamic executiondriven environment.
- Extraordinary leadership communication and organizational skills.

- Technical background a plus especially with Machine Learning.

Pay & Benefits
- At Apple base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165500 and $293800 and your base pay will depend on your skills qualifications experience and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apples discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apples Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Youll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage retirement benefits a range of discounted products and free services and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple reimbursement for certain educational expenses including tuition.
