Zadania:

• wsptworzenie strategii obecnoci formatw i kanaw gwnych grupy WBD w mediach spoecznociowych
• tworzenie contentu (w tym wideo zdjcia grafiki) i planowanie treci na rne platformy spoecznociowe
• zarzdzanie spoecznoci online odpowiadanie na komentarze i wiadomoci
• monitorowanie trendw i analiza danych dotyczcych zaangaowania uytkownikw
• wsppraca z zespoem marketingu i produkcji przy tworzeniu treci
• raportowanie wynikw dziaa w mediach spoecznociowych
• monitorowanie konkurencji
• kontakt z gwiazdami i influencerami oraz budowanie z nimi relacji

ENG:

We are looking for a creative individual who thinks outside the box. A social media enthusiast who:

• Keeps up with trends and can implement them in innovative ways across various platforms
• Knows how to build community engagement
• Can monetize that engagement

Expectations:

• Experience in managing social media profiles (minimum 3 years)
• Ability to create content for various platforms (Facebook Instagram TikTok etc.
• Knowledge of tools for analyzing and monitoring social media data (e.g. Meta Business Suite Sotrender Sprout Social etc. and the ability to draw conclusions from them
• Ability to plan and execute unconventional content marketing campaigns
• Creativity in content and campaign creation
• Proficiency in content creation programs (e.g. Adobe Photoshop Canva Kapwing CapCut etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Readiness to quickly respond to changes in the social media world

Responsibilities:

• Cocreating the strategy for the presence of WBD groups main formats and channels on social media
• Creating content (including videos photos graphics) and planning content for various social media platforms
• Managing the online community responding to comments and messages
• Monitoring trends and analyzing user engagement data
• Collaborating with the marketing and production team in content creation
• Reporting on social media activities
• Monitoring the competition
• Contacting stars and influencers and building relationships with them
