Job Description
Air Liquide started its operations in Poland in 1995 and currently has more than 420 employees. Since then we have become a key manufacturer and distributor of industrial food specialty and medical gases steadily increasing our share of the Polish market
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
- Monitor quotations tender and order processing to support the Sales team
- Assist the Sales team in the management of pricing and product code matters
- Create and maintain regular sales analysis and reporting including PowerBI dashboards as defined by the Head of IM Commercial.
- Assist sales team with formulation and implementation of sales strategies Handles customer enquiries in a timely and proper manner
- Support our Warsaw Office in front desk activities

- Excellent work organization attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Commitment and a proactive approach to responsibilities
- Communicative knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
- Fluent Polish
- Readiness and willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
