Employment Type: Fulltime
Compensation: Base salary performance bonuses (includes accommodation)
Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and dynamic Makeup Artist to join our creative team in Belgrade Serbia. As a Makeup Artist you will enhance our clients features and boost their confidence by creating spectacular looks for various occasions. If you have a passion for beauty and strong artistic skills this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Apply makeup and hairstyling to meet company standards including tattoo coverage for oncamera readiness
- Proactively retouch and maintain appearance as needed throughout the shift
- Ensure all tools and workspace are kept clean and organized
- Monitor inventory of materials and tools ensuring proper storage and usage
- Train team members on appearance standards and report activities through company systems
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude creating a positive atmosphere for employees
- Respond promptly to requests or issues reported via internal channels during working hours
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent in Serbian (C1 and English (B1 or higher) both written and spoken
- Minimum 1 year of experience in makeup and hairstyling
- Diploma or certification in hairstyling or a related artistic field required
- Comfortable using PC tools to manage schedules and communication
- Willingness to work in shifts within a 24/7 environment
- Strong attention to detail excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work professionally with diverse teams and personalities
