Job Description

Due to our sales area expansion we are currently seeking a

SALES MANAGERin Bulgaria to oversee the sales of mining equipment parts in the Balkans.


As main responsibilities you will:

  • Assume responsibility for sales within Bulgaria with the possibility of providing support to nearby countries in the Balkans
  • Actively communicate with existing customers
  • Assume responsibility for sales within Bulgaria with the possibility of providing support to nearby countries in the Balkans
  • Travel frequently to visit customers
  • Promote the Element Company brand (for ex. campaigns and exhibitions)
  • Analyze the market plan product consumption and collect information on installed base equipment
  • Contribute to the preparation of the annual sales budget and implement strategies to reach the set targets
  • Report sales and customer situation in CRM and work closely in cooperation with the sales team
  • Manage quotations orders and sales contracts in close cooperation with order desk and product support
  • Monitor customer receivables and follow up as needed
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and propose strategies to onboard new customers
  • Generate product development initiatives according to customer needs
  • Provide regular reports to the market area director


We are looking for a person with:

  • Experience and proven results in international B2B sales for at least three years
  • Experience in technical sales preferably within the mining industry
  • Commercial or technical Bachelors degree or related qualification
  • In addition to Bulgarian proficiency in both spoken and written English. Ability in Serbian is seen as an advantage.
  • Enthusiastic driven and initiativetaking attitude with strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30 of the work time with an international focus
  • Ability in using and a willingness to learn ERP CRP and other essential tools
  • Previous experience in the mining industry or an understanding of mining processes is seen as an advantage.
