Job Description
An Outstanding mixed state secondary school in Brent seeks a dedicated History Teacher to join their team from September. This is an opportunity to inspire students with a love for historical events and analysis within a topperforming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Delivers engaging History lessons to students in Key Stages 3 4 and potentially ALevel.
- Develops and implements differentiated lesson plans.
- Assesses student progress and provides detailed feedback.
- Contributes to the development of the History curriculum.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for history.
- Experience teaching History at the secondary level.
- Ability to use historical sources and evidence effectively.
