Job Description
Remote Europe
Were looking for a Senior QA Engineer to oversee the quality assurance process for our software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing test strategies mentoring QA team and ensuring the delivery of highquality product that meet business and customer expectations. The Senior QA Engineer will collaborate closely with development and product management to drive quality improvements and implement best practices.
Were looking for someone who doesnt just tick boxes but actively thinks critically spots patterns and proactively improves how we test. Youll engage in manual and automated testing collaborating closely with developers product managers and other key stakeholders to deliver seamless topquality gaming experiences.
What youll be doing:
- Test and mentor Quality Assurance Specialists team.
- Plan estimate deploy and manage the testing effort for an ongoing project.
- Manage the creation and of testing plans and test cases to ensure entry and exit criteria is met for each test phase in agreed timescales and resources.
- Participate in managing of QA testing processes test phases and test methodologies to achieve the constant improvement of the quality level.
- Provide QA review of documentation.
- Identify and report on quality related risks.
- Proactively take ownership and management of issues initiate and participate in problemsolving activities.
Youll thrive here if you have:
Experience in mentoring of QA Engineers 1 year).
Experience in testing of web/mobile applications 4 years).
Good knowledge of Web technologies (CSS/HTML5Browser debugging).
Wide experience with JIRA/Confluence/TestRail.
Good knowledge of client/server architecture.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Bonus points for:
- Previous exposure to automated testing tools.
- Experience in the gaming or gambling industry.
- ISTQB certificate(s).
What to expect in your first 90 days:
- Technical Familiarization with the Product.
- Engage in release processes and conduct at least 4 releases.
- Review test cases posttesting.
What to Expect 312 Months & Beyond:
- Develop and implement testing methods to improve test coverage reduce defects and speed up testing. Reduce number of production defect per brand at least by 10
- Review test cases posttesting.
- Identify and minimize software quality risks.
