Job Description
A vibrant mixed state secondary school in Brent requires an enthusiastic Art Teacher to cover a shortterm absence. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and contribute to a creative department.
Your Duties:
- Deliver engaging Art lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 covering a range of artistic disciplines.
- Mark and assess student artwork providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Assist with the preparation of art materials and resources.
- Contribute to the schools art exhibitions and projects.
Who They Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Art at the secondary level with a strong portfolio of personal work.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of a variety of art techniques and mediums.
