An exciting opportunity has arisen at a welcoming and nurturing primary school in Ipswich where they are looking for an enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join their team in September 2025. The school is dedicated to providing a caring and inclusive environment for both students and staff.

Role Overview:
- Teach a Year 1 class focusing on foundational skills in literacy and numeracy
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons that spark curiosity and creativity
- Regularly assess and monitor student progress providing feedback to students and parents
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure consistency in teaching practices
What Were Looking For:
- QTS with experience teaching Year 1 or in Key Stage 1
- A passion for early years education and fostering a love of learning
- Strong classroom management skills and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills and a teamoriented mindset
