Your Role as an Art Teacher:
- Deliver engaging and creative Art lessons across KS3 KS4 and potentially ALevel.
- Encourage students to develop technical skills creativity and critical thinking.
- Support students in preparing highquality coursework and portfolios for GCSE and ALevel assessment.
- Lead extracurricular activities such as Art clubs exhibitions and workshops.
- Collaborate with the wider school community to promote the value of the arts.
- Contribute to wholeschool initiatives that integrate Art with other subjects.
Who Were Looking For:
- A qualified Art Teacher with a strong passion for creative education.
- Expertise in a range of artistic mediums including drawing painting sculpture digital media or photography.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- The ability to inspire and challenge students helping them develop confidence in their artistic abilities.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with a proactive approach to extracurricular involvement.
- An Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
