Job Mission
About the Role:
Were looking for a Supply Chain Specialist Customs & Compliance (m/f/d) to make sure our products flow smoothly across borders while meeting all the necessary regulations. In a world of over 27000 EU rules impacting consumer electronics we need an expert who can navigate the complexities of customs product compliance and sustainability regulations. What Youll Do:
- Owning customs compliance and trade regulations across all Tibber markets.
- Ensuring smooth and compliant import/export operations while avoiding unnecessary costs.
- Keeping us on top of everchanging EU regulations (ICS2 GPSR EPR WEEE you get the idea!.
- Collaborating with internal teams (Legal Finance Supply Chain) to mitigate risks and optimize processes.
- Managing classification of goods duty optimization and Free Trade Agreement compliance.
- Supporting sustainability efforts by ensuring responsible product lifecycle management.
- Proactively managing the inbound flow of goods to our warehouses and distribution centers ensuring accurate and timely product data collection from suppliers and manufacturers.
Ideal Profile
- Experience in customs compliance import/export regulations or trade compliance.
- Strong knowledge of EU customs laws and supply chain risk mitigation.
- A proactive mindset you spot problems before they arise and take action.
- An analytical brain with an eye for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Experience working in consumer electronics or a similar regulatoryheavy industry (bonus points!.
- A collaborative approach you thrive in crossfunctional teams.
- Possession of excellent communication skills in English are crucial for this role Norwegian or Swedish will be a great plus.
