Vocational School Manager
Location: Oak Lawn IL 60453
Skills: Manager for a Vocational School for Ophthalmology
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vocational School Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vocational school for ophthalmology in Oak Lawn IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the schools staff curriculum and resources to ensure that our students receive the highest quality education and training.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the school
- Manage the schools budget and resources to ensure that they are used effectively and efficiently
- Recruit train and supervise the schools staff including teachers administrators and support staff
- Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of our students and prepares them for successful careers in ophthalmology
- Ensure that the school is in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners and other stakeholders to promote the school and its programs
- Monitor student progress and provide support and guidance as needed
- Collaborate with other departments and organizations to promote the school and its programs
- Experience in Vocational trade school
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in education business administration or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a management role in a vocational school or similar setting
- Experience in ophthalmology or a related field is strongly preferred
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
