Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Staff Inbound Product Manager to join our Platform Analytics team. This is a highimpact senior role responsible for shaping the future of analytics across the ServiceNow platform. As a Staff PM on the team you will contribute to defining the strategic direction and roadmap for Platform Analytics empowering customers to monitor KPIs gain actionable insights and drive business outcomes at scale.
You will collaborate crossfunctionally with engineering design field teams and customers to deliver advanced scalable and intuitive analytics capabilities. This role requires deep product thinking technical fluency and a customerobsessed mindset.

Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
Deeply understand customer needs and market trends to drive innovation and influence product strategy
Partner with engineering and UX teams to deliver highimpact features with worldclass user experience
Define product success metrics and analyze usage data to continuously improve product offerings
Collaborate with GTM teams including sales marketing customer success and enablement to ensure successful launches and product adoption
Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert on analytics regularly engaging with customers partners and internal stakeholders
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
8 years of product management experience with a strong track record in delivering enterprise analytics business intelligence or platform data products.
Deep understanding of analytics concepts including KPIs ETL Data Collection forecasting predictive/proactive insights and data visualization
Proven ability to drive product strategy and in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including executivelevel engagement
Experience working with modern BI tools (e.g. Tableau Looker Power BI) or analytics platforms
Strong technical acumen able to understand architecture tradeoffs data infrastructure and platform capabilities
