Lead and inspire a team of visual designers providing guidance mentorship and feedback to ensure design quality and innovation.
Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for digital and print materials including websites mobile apps marketing collaterals and presentations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements brand guidelines and user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
Arrange brainstorming sessions providing creative input and ideas to designers for enhancing design projects.
Ensure design consistency coherence and adherence to design standards across all projects and platforms.
Stay updated with industry trends emerging design tools and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
Conduct design reviews feedback sessions and iterations to refine and enhance visual designs based on user feedback and data insights.
Manage multiple projects concurrently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems style guides and design assets to support scalability and efficiency.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure design concepts are delivered within project timelines and meet the desired quality standards.
Qualifications must have:
Bachelors degree in graphic design Visual Arts or related field.
Essential to have:
Proven experience as a Visual Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design leadership and innovative design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Figma Sketch or similar software.
Strong understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout techniques.
Excellent communication collaboration and leadership skills.
Ability to inspire creativity foster a collaborative environment and drive design excellence.
Experience with UX/UI design user research and usability testing is a plus.
