Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Accountant that must have a clear understanding of accounting and be able to perform general accounting tasks financial statement preparation accounts payable accounts receivable inventory and other financial/accounting needs.
- Responsibility for Key Financial Statements and month end reporting for the Kreisler site.
- Post information and balances to the general or subsidiary ledgers
- Reconciliation of Key Balance Sheet Accounts (Bank AR/AP Inventory Fixed Assets)
- Appropriate Journal creation and/or approval
- Analysis of other specific accounts.
- Reconcile and value Inventory under the guidance of the controller.
- Support physical inventory and cycle counts.
- Management of and Backup to A/P and A/R function in the case of prolonged absence.
- Site lead for Internal and External Audits in addition to the monthly compliance to the internal controls framework
- Tax support as required on a Quarterly and Annual basis.
- Support tax audit requirements with detail and analysis.
- Create analyze and interpret data in MS Excel
- Any other responsibilities and duties delegated by the Divisional Finance Director
