Job Description

Bid Writer
Location: Scotland / Manchester / Norfolk

Full-time

Join our clients Business Development team and play a key role in their global expansion! They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Writer to support B2B proposals, tenders, and commercial negotiations in the offshore/onshore energy sector.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage bid processes, client portals, and internal bid trackers.
  • Develop and write compelling bid content.
  • Coordinate bid submissions, approvals, and project handovers.
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure high-quality proposals.
  • Track bid status and provide reports.

What You Need:

Experience in Bid Writing/Management (B2B contracts preferred).
Strong written communication and computer skills.
Ability to analyse, organise, and prioritise tasks.
A degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience in the offshore/onshore energy sector is a plus!
