Job Description

Position Overview: 

As Digital Media Manager Paid Social & Programmatic you will play a critical role in executing and optimizing performance marketing strategies across Paid Social Programmatic and Native advertising channels. Reporting to the Head of Digital Media and Planning you will be responsible for handson campaign performance analysis and continuous optimization to drive growth efficiency and innovation in our media investments. 

This is an individual contributor role where you will work closely with brand teams compliance legal BI and CRM to maximize acquisition retention and engagement across multiple markets. 

This role is ideal for a specialist with deep expertise in paid media ad platforms and performancedriven marketing who thrives in a fastpaced datadriven environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Media Strategy &  

  • Own the and optimization of Paid Social Programmatic and Native advertising campaigns. 

  • Develop and implement annual strategic frameworks for Meta Snapchat TikTok DV360 Xandr The Trade Desk Quantcast Yahoo Outbrain Taboola and Microsoft Live. 

  • Manage budget pacing media spend allocation and performance forecasting to maximize ROAS CPA and customer acquisition KPIs. 

  • Work crossfunctionally with Brand Compliance CRM and BI teams to align media strategies with business objectives. 

  • Drive innovation by identifying new ad platforms technologies and best practices that enhance campaign performance. 

Campaign Optimization & DataDriven Insights 

  • Execute inplatform campaign optimizations ensuring ads are continuously refined for audience targeting creative performance and bidding efficiency. 

  • Ensure all campaigns are properly tracked working closely with MarTech and BI teams to implement cookieless tracking SKAdNetwork integrations and multitouch attribution models. 

  • Leverage A/B testing and dynamic creative optimization (DCO) to enhance ad personalization and engagement. 

  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends uncover insights and inform future strategy. 

Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration 

  • Work closely with external ad platform partners (Google Meta Quantcast Snapchat etc. to test new features gain priority insights and drive bestinclass performance. 

  • Collaborate with affiliate and influencer marketing teams to explore paid partnership opportunities that complement direct media buying efforts. 

  • Align with the CRM team to develop reengagement and retention strategies that leverage paid media. 

  • Present media performance updates and recommendations to internal stakeholders including P&L owners and senior leadership. 

Compliance & Industry Best Practices 

  • Ensure all advertising meets regulatory and compliance standards across different jurisdictions adapting media strategies where necessary. 

  • Stay ahead of privacyfirst marketing solutions including 1stparty data strategies contextual targeting and evolving ad regulations. 

  • Continuously research and implement AIdriven bidding strategies and automation solutions to enhance efficiency. 

Performance Reporting & Optimization 

  • Deliver weekly monthly and quarterly media reports providing insights into budget pacing channel performance and media mix effectiveness. 

  • Work closely with BI teams to optimize multitouch attribution models media mix modelling (MMM) and incrementality testing. 

  • Identify opportunities to refine media spend allocation and maximize marketing ROI.

Qualifications :

Qualifications: 

  • 4 years of handson experience in digital media buying campaign and performance optimization preferably within sports betting casino or gaming. 

  • Expertise in running and optimizing Paid Social Programmatic and Native advertising campaigns. 

  • Indepth knowledge of Google DV360 CM360 Meta Ads Snapchat Ads TikTok Ads Outbrain Taboola and other DSPs. 

  • Experience with tracking solutions (Google Analytics Appsflyer Adjust SKAdNetwork) and attribution models. 

  • Strong analytical skillsable to interpret complex data sets and present actionable insights. 

  • Proficiency in A/B testing dynamic creative optimization and bid automation. 
    Familiarity with iGaming compliance and advertising regulations across multiple markets. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and crossfunctional collaboration experience. 

  • Highlevel proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
