PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The candidate is required to provide the Ecommerce manager with EMarketing & Emerchandising support for Singapore & Indonesia Eretail & Brand site. Specific to Singapore the candidate will need to assist the Ecommerce manager with customer service support.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for all things marketing and digital with a selfstarter personality. The candidate will have to be wellversed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing editing tools such as photoshop/ illustrator and reporting platforms (e.g. Google Analytics)..
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track and report on competitors Media & Ecommerce campaigns/strategy.
- Assist Ecommerce manager with localization briefs for routine site changeover or seasonal animations and consolidate corresponding Ecommerce marketing assets from HQ.
- Liaise with agency to ensure the timely and accurate changeover of websites
- Ensure products on ecommerce and eretail sites are properly listed with accurate information.
- Support daily ecommerce operations and site maintenance
- Assist Ecommerce Manager on SEO and finetune store fronts to maximize conversion.
- Liaise with Sephora online team to update Sephora platform and track PCD monthly Eretail support to maximize Diors visibility on Sephora Platform.
- Provide backup for Brand website customer service support.
- Propose and implement new initiatives that can help to drive overall Ebusiness performance in alignment with the brand image.
- Manage offline event registration & payment process hosted on Ecommerce
Qualifications :
REQUIRED SKILL/QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to multitask and manage timelines.
- Able to commit a 6 months internship from Jul 25 to Dec 25
- Proficient in google analytics & Microsoft suite (Excel Powerpoint Word).
- Knowledge in Photoshop or illustrator for artwork adaptation.
