The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing highimpact marketing strategies within the education financial technology and coaching sectors. This role requires a resultsdriven professional who can lead a team develop compelling marketing campaigns and optimize performancedriven strategies to attract and retain customers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital marketing content strategy and customer acquisition within the fintech education or coaching industries.
- Develop and execute paid digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and revenue growth in the education and fintech sectors.
- Lead and mentor a highperforming marketing team ensuring collaboration and innovation in campaign .
- Create and optimize performancedriven campaigns for online courses financial coaching programs and fintech products.
- Customize marketing messages to resonate with the target audience enhancing brand visibility and credibility in Malaysia.
- Craft compelling content for ads video scripts landing pages email campaigns and social media to educate and convert prospects.
- Oversee the production of digital learning assets including educational videos ebooks and online masterclasses.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) through datadriven decisionmaking and A/B testing.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to refine messaging and improve customer engagement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in financial education fintech marketing and digital coaching to leverage emerging opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 45 years of handson performance marketing experience
- Selfmotivated and proactive problem solver with excellent leadership skills
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for datadriven marketing testing and optimization
- A creative eye for design and what makes ads pop and content interesting
- Experience in leading a digital marketing team
- Experience in marketing for financial and/or education industries
