We are seeking a motivated Business Developer to join our team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of sales analytics sales channels and sales coaching. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 01 year of work experience who are looking to kickstart their career in the insurance sector. As a Business Developer you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities developing and maintaining client relationships and driving sales growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales performance data and make strategic recommendations. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
