Job Description
Adelphi is seeking experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to provide services at an Educational Institution in Raleigh North Carolina. The ideal candidates will collaborate with school staff to deliver therapy services to students while ensuring adherence to educational guidelines individualized education plans (IEPs) and professional standards of practice.

Requirements:
Active NC Physical Therapy License (Must be in good standing)
Valid driver s license
Minimum of two 2 years of experience providing therapy services (preferred)
Experience working with children in educational settings is a plus
Knowledge of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and therapy documentation
Responsibilities:
Deliver inperson physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and school policies
Conduct comprehensive evaluations including formal assessments clinical observations and team consultations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students with physical disabilities and mobility challenges
Collaborate with teachers parents and school professionals to promote student access and participation
Provide consultative support to educational staff on adaptive strategies and modifications
Participate in IEP meetings to discuss therapy recommendations progress and goalsetting
Maintain accurate therapy documentation including progress reports and evaluation findings
Ensure adherence to ethical legal and professional standards while maintaining confidentiality
Travel between multiple school sites as needed (travel time is counted towards total work hours)
Perform additional therapyrelated duties as required by school administration
