Position Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations & maintenance of electrical systems ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and analyze electrical system performance and implement continuous improvement measures.
- Lead a team of technicians and ensure proper work allocation and adherence to safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot electrical failures power distribution issues and control systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors contractors and internal teams for O&M activities.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities failures and repairs.
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports on electrical system performance.
- Provide technical guidance and training to the maintenance team.
Requirements
Requirements:
Education: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 7 years in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) within railway infrastructure or power sectors.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems transformers switchgear panels circuit breakers and PLCs.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Indian Electricity Rules BIS standards and safety regulations.
ProblemSolving: Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical faults system failures and preventive measures.
Team Leadership: Experience in managing a team of technicians and contractors.
Communication: Good coordination skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
