Job Description
- Drafting reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements requests for proposals and other legal documents
- Provide legal support and advice to product and business teams
- Ensure compliance with data privacy security and protection regulations including the EU and UK GDPR
- Balance risks in business processes and decision making
Qualifications :
- LL.B. degree (or equivalent)
- Enrolled as an AttorneyatLaw of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka
- 2 years of experience as a tech legal counsel (inhouse or a law firm)
- Strong negotiating skills with both legal and business counterparties
- Experience negotiating tech agreements (NDA SaaS Agreement EULA MSA SOW DPA etc.
- Experience building trustful relationships with internal clients
- Demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations
- Ability to work independently
- Enjoy working hard and being continually challenged
