Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Salesforce Consultant (Functional) to join our team in Casablanca. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional understanding of Salesforce and be able to work closely with clients to provide expert solutions that meet their business needs.
- You pick up responsibility for your part of the project and coordinate with colleagues in order to achieve a successful project delivery
- You contribute implementation configuration testing documentation training and golive of the Salesforce projects.
Qualifications :
Profile
- You are customer obsessed and you want to help our customers to become more customer centric with good knowledge of CRM processes and trends
- You have a thorough knowledge of Salesforce and have multiple core Salesforce certifications (Admin is a must Sales Cloud & App builder are a plus).
- You have experience working in an agile/scrum environment
- You have experience deploying your work through Version Control tool
- You have at least 23 years of experience in a functional role in multiple Salesforce implementation projects
- You are fluent in English
- You are a strong communicator with an analytical and curious mindset
- Knowledge of PDF butler & Sign butler is a plus
- Experience with building good and modular flows especially with the new functions (reactive screens ...
- Understanding HTTP callouts is a plus
