Job Description
Project Controlling
Financial supervision of big / transverse projects that are delegated by Business Line/service
line.
Provide financial insight at tendering to closing stage (tax legal guarantees review of
hypothesis and price sheets proposition of contractual setup)
Advise on project structuring financial and tax strategies for intercompany projects so as
to optimize benefits at Group level taking into consideration legal and tax provisions
prevailing in the Region.
Ensure proper implementation of project structuring accurate booking of expenses and
timely cash management by Regional Controllers and accountants for the project portfolio.

Qualifications :
The candidate should have:
BSc degree in Finance Accounting or relevant field. MBA or related advanced degree
is a plus.
Proven experience of project financial management and controlling with advantage
on full understanding of percentage of completion accounting type of business
Fluent English in both writing and speaking is MUST for this position
Ideally having worked in an international civil engineering or projectbased
engineering organisationGood understanding on project related tax topic will be a
plus
Engagement skills working across a matrix organization strong attention to detail and
good organizational skills.
Technology skills: perfect command of finance management software Oracle
Leadership skills/a sense of expertise
Communication critical thinking initiative empathy analytical collaboration
organizational skills.
