Handyperson

We are currently seeking a casual Handyperson to join our team at Oaks Ipswich Aspire Suites. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and presentation of guest rooms and public areas while performing necessary repairs throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance as needed
• Oversee and provide induction for external contractors
• Implement the preventative maintenance program for the property
• Maintain accurate daily work records and service schedules

Casual Hourly Rates (excluding super):

Monday Friday: $32.25 per hour

Saturday: 32.25 per hour

Sunday: $38.70 per hour 

Qualifications :

Successful applicants will have:

• Previous handson building maintenance experience;
• Must have experience in pool maintenance
• A passion for delivering exceptional service;
• Strong time management skills;
• An excellent workethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
• Excellent interpersonal and communications
• Availability to work a variety of shifts to meet the demands of the business including weekends and public holidays
