Job Description

About the Role 

Were seeking a highly skilled FullStack Architect to lead an offshore team and serve as the primary interface with our customers technical and business management teams. This is an excellent opportunity to increase visibility within our partners team while working on a highimpact project. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and manage an offshore team ensuring alignment with our partnersdriven goals. 

  • Act as the primary liaison between our partners and the customers technical and business leadership. 

  • Design develop and implement scalable fullstack solutions using React FastAPI and Python/pandas. 

  • Operate within SAFe Agile Release Trains (ARTs) participating in: 

  • Program Increment (PI) Planning 

  • Sprint Planning 

  • Retrospectives 

  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners (POs) System Architects and Tech Leads. 

  • Ensure development follows SAFes Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) principles. 

  • Drive TestDriven Development (TDD) and implement automated testing strategies. 

  • Utilize and optimize Azure cloud services to enhance system performance and scalability. 


Qualifications :

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • Extensive experience as a FullStack Architect leading development teams. 

  • Proficiency in React FastAPI and Python (pandas library). 

  • Strong experience with SAFe Agile methodologies and development within Agile Release Trains (ARTs). 

  • Expertise in Azure cloud services and cloudnative application development. 

  • Handson experience in MVPbased development for feature rollouts. 

  • Proven ability to implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment. 

  • Experience with automated testing and TDD methodologies. 

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders. 

  • Must have advanced written and Spoken English fluency. 

 

Nice to have Qualifications 

  • SAFe certification or experience working in SAFe Agile frameworks. 

  • Previous experience in longterm managed service engagements. 

  • Experience leading offshore development teams and coordinating with global stakeholders.

Contract details:

  • Contract Type: Independent contractor (fee for services contract type) which does not include tax deductions or insurance only a gross monthly payment.
  • Location: 100 Remote from Latin America. 
  • Contract Duration: 3 years
  • Schedule and Time Zone: Fulltime Monday to Friday 8 hours per day 40 hours per week). EST
  • NDA: Youll need to sign a specific NDA separate from the main contract.
