Job Description
To perform the following tasks as part of the Service Center operations:
- Analyze watches received and perform the technical in order to specify services and operations to perform as well as components to be changed;
- For watches with immediate estimates validate the estimate as well as its contents (if needed perform a new version of the estimate);
- Assess and provide sound recommendations for the estimate where necessary (additional)
- Perform small interventions (change of strap/ bracelet and/or battery time setting etc.
To participate in the continuous improvement of the estimation process while complying with technical guidelines set out by the Company.
Qualifications :
- Strong interest in watch industry relevant experience would be an advantage
- Good understanding of mechanics
- Good logical thinking especially as applied to diagnostic work
- Strong communication skills
